Core cleanroom design:

1.Ceiling system: The clean area and core production area adopt a double-layer high-quality insulation color steel plate structure. This design not only ensures that the ceiling surface is dust-free, smooth, and bright, but also fully meets the strict requirements for cleanliness and anti-static in electronic factories.

2. Interval: The clean area and production area are enclosed and separated by double-sided color steel insulation boards. All partition walls inside the clean room are designed with circular arc transition and internal corner interface at the intersection with the ground and ceiling. This design can effectively avoid dust accumulation and greatly improve the convenience of daily hygiene and cleaning.

3. Closed door design: The standard single door size is 900 x 2000. The upper part of the door is integrated with a glass observation window (with the same size as the partition observation window), and a channel lock is installed. The door body and frame are made of high-quality stainless steel materials to ensure durability and airtightness.

4. Ground system :

Anti static specification: After professional treatment of the cement base surface, a 3mm thick anti-static epoxy resin floor is laid on the clean area floor, which meets the requirements of the European EN 548 standard.

Fireproof performance: Complies with DIN 4102-1 standard, reaching B1 level .

Flame resistance: Complies with ISO 06923 standard (flame retardant)

Antistatic properties: The surface resistance is stable, and the static dissipation voltage is less than+/-100V.

Chemical resistance: meets the requirements of EM 423 standard, has the ability to withstand chemical substances such as dilute acids, oils, ethanol, acetone, petroleum solvents, etc., and has excellent characteristics of not absorbing dust and ash.

5. Column treatment: All structural columns in the clean area are fully covered with color steel plates.

6. Air shower room: According to the requirements of relevant clean room design specifications, air shower rooms are installed at key passages where personnel enter the clean room, effectively removing dust particles from the surface of personnel clothing.

7. Lighting and electrical distribution system:

(1) Lighting: The cleanroom (Class 10000) adopts embedded dust-proof lamps (40W x 2 tubes) specifically designed for cleanrooms. The designed illumination value for the work area is greater than 250 Lux, and the illumination value for the channel area is greater than 100 Lux. For areas requiring precision machining operations, local lighting solutions can be provided.

(2) Distribution: Wiring shall be carried out in accordance with the specifications, concealed with threaded steel pipes, and comply with fire prevention and electrical regulations. All pipelines passing through clean areas should be sealed properly, and the inner holes (grooves) of the pipeline troughs should be fully sealed. The air and water pipes entering the clean room must also be sealed, and pipes that can be installed on the ceiling should be installed on the ceiling to keep the workshop clean and tidy.
