Baihong Purification: Full Analysis of Air Shower Production, 3 Processes from Raw Materials to Finished Products

Table of Contents

As an enterprise focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of cleanroom equipment, Baihong Purification has always ensured the stable performance of cleanroom supporting equipment through standardized air shower production processes.

As the core purification equipment at the entrance of cleanrooms, air showers are the key barrier to control dust brought in by personnel and goods. Today, we walk into the production workshop of Baihong Purification to disassemble the complete Air Shower Production process of the single-person double-blow air shower step by step, and take you to understand how a qualified air shower is gradually formed from raw materials.
I. Drawing Verification and Sheet Cutting: Laying the Foundation for Air Shower Production
The production of the single-person double-blow air shower starts with rigorous drawing verification and precise sheet cutting, which is the first step to ensure the compliance of product dimensions and stable performance. The staff first verifies various parameters of the design drawings, confirms that the dimensions, hole positions, structure and other details are correct, and then uses laser CNC cutting equipment to accurately cut the raw materials of the cabinet.
Considering that most cleanrooms are in humid environments, the cabinet material of air showers is usually stainless steel. Stainless steel not only has good moisture-proof and anti-corrosion performance, which can effectively avoid rust, deformation and other problems during long-term use, but also its smooth surface is easy to clean, meeting the dust-free use requirements of cleanrooms and laying the foundation for subsequent purification effects.
II. Bending, Welding and Polishing (Including Spraying Process): Creating a Regular Cabinet for Air Shower Production
The accurately cut stainless steel sheets will enter the bending, welding and polishing links, and gradually form the cabinet structure of the air shower. With the help of professional bending equipment, the staff bends the sheets into core components such as the cabinet frame and bottom plate according to the angles marked on the drawings, and then splices each component together through precision welding technology to form the overall cabinet of the air shower.
After welding, a small amount of burrs will remain at the welds and edges of the cabinet, and the surface may also be uneven. To avoid dust accumulation and scratches in subsequent use, the staff will polish these parts to ensure that the surface of the cabinet is smooth and flat. If customers have special needs and choose the spraying process, we will spray the cabinet after polishing to further improve the moisture-proof and anti-corrosion ability of the cabinet. After spraying, it needs to be left to dry to ensure that the coating is uniform and firm, meeting the use needs of different scenarios.
III. Component Installation: Assembling According to Specifications to Ensure Equipment Performance
When all cabinet components and supporting accessories are produced, the core component installation link is entered, following standardized operating procedures throughout to ensure that each component is installed in place and connected tightly.
  1. First, install the nozzle plate on the two cabinets, then stand and fix the two cabinets to lay the foundation for subsequent assembly;
  1. Install the door frame, ceiling and bottom plate in sequence, adjust the position and fix them firmly to build the overall frame of the air shower;
  1. In combination with the design requirements of single-person double blow, install two fans on both sides of the cabinet respectively to ensure that the fans are fixed firmly and avoid abnormal noise during operation;
  1. Install the control panel and connect the lines, install lighting fixtures on the top, and assemble electronic interlocks at the door locks to ensure convenient operation and safe use of the equipment;
  1. Finally, install the door body and door closer, adjust the rebound force of the door closer, and then seal all joints with glass glue to prevent air leakage during use. At this point, the component installation of the air shower is fully completed.
IV. Power-On Debugging: Strict Quality Inspection to Ensure Qualified Delivery
After the component installation is completed, the staff will connect the power supply to conduct a comprehensive power-on debugging of the air shower as part of the whole Air Shower Production. Focus on checking whether the fan operates stably, whether the buttons on the control panel are sensitive, whether the linkage between the door body and the electronic interlock is smooth, and at the same time check for air leakage at the cabinet joints. Only when all indicators meet the purification requirements of the cleanroom can the air shower pass the quality inspection and leave the factory.
It is worth noting that this single-person double-blow air shower produced by Baihong Purification adopts a modular structure design, and all components can be disassembled. This design is not only convenient for transportation, allowing components to be transported in bulk through narrow corridors, but also can be quickly assembled on site, greatly reducing the difficulty of transportation and installation, and adapting to the installation needs of different venues.
