In the first half of 2026, Baihong Purification supplied a customized cleanroom equipment package for a lighting manufacturer in Foshan, Guangdong, China.
The project included 2 double-person double-blow air showers, 2 cargo air showers with PVC rapid rolling doors, and 36 HEPA supply outlets. The air showers were also equipped with dry brush shoe sole cleaning machines to provide an additional cleaning step before personnel entered the clean production area.

2 Double-Person Air Showers with Dry Brush Shoe Cleaning
The project required two double-person double-blow air showers for personnel entering the clean production area.
Each unit was customized to W1390 × D2000 × H2140 mm, rather than using a standard size. This allowed the equipment to better match the available installation space and the customer’s personnel flow requirements.
The air shower body uses a powder-coated exterior and SUS304 stainless steel interior. The stainless steel interior provides a smooth surface that is convenient for routine cleaning and maintenance in a cleanroom environment.
A dry brush shoe sole cleaning machine was also integrated into the air shower configuration.
Personnel can carry dust and particles into a controlled production area through their shoes. Adding a dry brush cleaning step before air showering provides an additional method of reducing contaminants brought in from outside.
This configuration was selected according to the customer’s actual operating requirements rather than simply applying a standard air shower specification.
2 Cargo Air Showers for Material Transfer
Personnel and material transfer require different equipment configurations.
For this lighting factory, Baihong Purification supplied 2 cargo air showers with PVC rapid rolling doors for material transfer between areas.
Each cargo air shower was customized to:

The units use the same powder-coated exterior and SUS304 stainless steel interior configuration.
The larger internal space was designed for material movement rather than personnel-only access. The PVC rapid rolling doors are suitable for production environments where materials need to move through the area frequently.
The customized dimensions were determined according to the customer’s site layout and material transfer requirements. For cargo air showers, factors such as product dimensions, transportation routes, door openings and available installation space all need to be considered during the design stage.
36 HEPA Supply Outlets for the Cleanroom Ceiling
In addition to personnel and material purification equipment, the project included 36 HEPA supply outlets.
All 36 units were manufactured from aluminum-zinc coated steel with a customized size of:

HEPA supply outlets are installed at the terminal air supply points of a cleanroom system and need to coordinate with the ceiling layout, ductwork and filtration system.
For this project, the non-standard dimensions were selected to match the customer’s cleanroom ceiling arrangement and installation requirements.
For a batch order of 36 units, dimensional consistency is also important because the products need to be installed across multiple locations within the same cleanroom area.
Production and Delivery
The project was completed and delivered in the first half of 2026.
The estimated production period for this project was approximately 15 working days. However, this should be understood as an estimated production schedule rather than a fixed delivery commitment.
