After viewing our videos, this American distributor promptly sent an inquiry. Our business team responded swiftly and engaged in in-depth communication.
2. Overcome the challenges of jet lag and precisely match needs
Due to the approximately 13-hour time difference between China and the United States, the communication time between the two parties is almost completely staggered. However, our salesperson still maintains efficient communication, utilizing methods such as WeChat to ensure timely information transmission.
After several discussions, the customer ultimately selected a fully stainless steel single-person double-blow air shower, and specifically requested that the intelligent voice broadcast system be adjusted to an English version.
3. Customized adjustments and product packaging
According to the customer’s requirements, we quickly adjusted the equipment configuration:
