Personnel entering clean production areas can introduce dust particles and contaminants, making air shower systems an important part of cleanroom contamination control.
Baihong Purification supplied a customized personnel air shower for a battery material manufacturing company in Gansu, China. The project adopted a SUS304 stainless steel double-side blowing air shower solution, supplied directly from the manufacturer and delivered with wooden case packaging for long-distance transportation.

The air shower chamber is manufactured with SUS304 stainless steel, which provides good corrosion resistance, smooth surface performance, and easy cleaning characteristics.

Performance Features
The air shower is equipped with a HEPA filtration system with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3μm.
During operation, air is filtered through the HEPA system and circulated through the air shower chamber. The high-speed clean airflow removes particles attached to personnel clothing before entering the clean production area.
The double-side blowing design improves airflow coverage and provides a more effective cleaning process compared with single-side airflow structures.
