I. Product Specifications of air shower clean room
Overall Dimensions: The standard external dimensions are 1390mm (width) × 2070mm (height) × 1000mm (length). It supports a modular extended design, with each standard extension module measuring 1000mm in length. The overall length can be flexibly adjusted according to actual usage requirements.
II. Core Structure and Configuration of air shower clean room
1. Cabinet and Door System
It adopts modular assembly technology. All structural components are prefabricated in the factory, and on-site assembly can be completed simply by screw connection.
The main structure consists of two side cabinets, a top cabinet and a base. Each side cabinet has a width of 300mm, and the combined width of the two side cabinets reaches 600mm.
The front and rear doors are made of high-grade stainless steel, equipped with double-layer tempered glass industrial windows. The doors come with built-in automatic door closers, and access control systems can be optionally installed as required, which can be linked with the clean room personnel management system.
2. Air Purification System
Filter System: The core filter assembly consists of a primary filter and a high-efficiency filter.
Fan and Nozzle System: It is standard-equipped with 2 centrifugal fans, matched with stainless steel spherical nozzles. The nozzle angle can be adjusted 360 degrees, and each module is configured with 12 nozzles.
Plenum Chamber: A plenum chamber is installed between the fan and the high-efficiency filter inside, which stabilizes the airflow and distributes the air volume evenly.
3. Control and Lighting System
Control System: It adopts a single-chip circuit board system, combined with a HOEL touch control panel, infrared sensors and a timer to achieve automatic control. It supports adjustment of shower time and screen locking, and is equipped with a voice broadcast prompt function.
Lighting System: It is equipped with lighting equipment that meets clean standards, ensuring sufficient operating light and a clean environment inside the air shower clean room.
